Kailie De Zoysa

Kailie is a Solicitor within the Corporate Team and has continued her professional career, excelling with yearly award nominations and glowing client feedback. Kailie has consistently demonstrated her meticulous attention to detail in many complex and high value matters that she assists on, while managing her own supervised caseload of instructions.

Kailie is a key member of the firm’s Charity and Social Committee and is responsible for ensuring that firm initiatives in this regard are undertaken and the firm maintains its proactivity at ground level with our social and mental health efforts. Kailie recently was advocate for the development of young lawyers at a national industry event.

Outside of work, Kailie is an accomplished musician specialising in several instruments and enjoys playing golf, having previously represented the county in various tournaments.

• Dealing with Landlord/Tenant disputes in multi-jurisdictions.
• Investigating prospects of success for damages claims arising from contract disputes.
• Consulting with leading Media and Film producers in relation to breach of contract and professional negligence claims.

Real Estate

• Acting in a multi-million pound property transactions across the country.

• Acting and successfully completing for ultra-high net worth clients in a new build development.
• Assisting in leasehold purchase transactions involving several management companies
• Assisting on successfully setting aside judgment for property disputes.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and tenancy agreements.
• Facilitating the successful completion on hundreds of property matters.
