David Wainstein

David is a dual-qualified solicitor of England and Wales and a South African attorney. He qualified as an attorney in South Africa in 2016, and as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2023.

Before moving to England and joining a boutique West End firm, he practised as a director for a South African law firm where he gained eight years of post-qualification work experience in litigation, commercial law, and property law. He has successfully represented clients in complex and high-value disputes, negotiated and drafted contracts, and advised on property transactions and developments.

David’s primary areas of expertise are litigation and property law.
