Meet the New Team
Leonard Scudder
Leonard is a Partner in the Litigation Team who has devoted himself to complex corporate and commercial litigation for a decade. He specialises in civil fraud, enforcement litigation and corporate/M&A disputes. Extensive experience in defending actions from regulations that would otherwise lead to insolvency and bankruptcy is an additionally vital skill he retains.

Hussain Ahmed
Hussain is a Partner and Head of our Residential Team. He joined Berkeley Rowe from an award winning top 100 law firm based in the City with a strong background in acting for companies, investors, high net worth individuals as well as first time buyers. Lydia Cheng
Lydia joined the firm in May 2020 as a Paralegal. Prior to joining, she has acquired experience in corporate, conveyancing and immigration law. She is well read in Law and was a Music Performance Scholar at the University of Kent having completed a LLM with the LPC with a distinction at City University of London in 2019.
