As part of the Corporate and Commercial litigation department, Daniel manages a team of fee earners who assist him on his more complex and labour intensive disputes.
Daniel has acted for clients in nearly every forum up to and including the Court of Appeal, advising companies and individuals on a wide range of matters including breach of directors’ duties, civil fraud, insolvency, professional negligence, contractual disputes, debt recovery, costs assessments. Daniel’s client base is largely partnerships, international high net worth investors, public and private companies, and their start-ups.
Due to his previous experience and high level client understanding, Daniel has also carved out niche expertise in the firm advising on the dissolution of marriage and civil partnerships and gives precise, bespoke advice on financial settlements within family court proceedings.
Daniel has had an excellent career servicing the legal requirements from west-end and boutique City practices and has developed a practice which has dispute resolution and client care the heart of it. In support of this he has become an ADR accredited mediator and is currently studying to become a solicitor-advocate to obtain his higher rights of audience.
